Field Supervisor

Jhpiego is dedicated to improving the health of women and families in developing countries.

The Government of Liberia, through the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with Jhpiego and with support from the Global Fund, is implementing interventions to strengthen Resilient and Sustainable Systems for Health (RSSH) and improve quality, equity, and people‑centered care across SRMNCAH and HTM programs.

Up to 15 days

Field‑based across selected counties in Liberia

Provide technical oversight, coordination, and quality assurance for the Gender Barrier Assessment.

• → Supervise research assistants and data collectors
• → Ensure adherence to protocols and ethical standards
• → Conduct routine data quality assurance
• → Coordinate with county and facility stakeholders
• → Compile progress and quality reports

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Public Health or related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in field supervision or research
• Strong background in gender, equity, and human rights
• Experience with donor‑funded programs preferred
