Installer - Entry Level

• →Uses best practices in installation techniques for new construction and replacement projects.
• →Assists in installing products ordered.
• →Learns to interpret job installation reports.
• →Ensures all customers are treated in a courteous and friendly manner.
• →Maintains neat job-site practice
• →Learns job planning -including reviewing job work order assignments, calendar coordination,  and route review.
• →Assists in assessing installation and repair projects. 
• →Will communicate with the service department on any changes to orders needed.
• →learn to take comprehensive photos of issues that allow for evaluations.
• →Tests installations to ensure the product is in working order and to customer satisfaction.
• →Responds to additional customer requests.
• →Adheres to policies and procedures for documentation.

To perform this job successfully:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED/Trade School) a plus
• NYS Drivers License
• Residential construction and millwork experience a plus
• Frequent standing and heavy lifting routinely required
