Sierra Lobo, Inc. offers customers a full range of professional and technical capabilities, including Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and Advanced Technologies. We also develop products and processes related to Cryogenic Fluid and Thermal Management Systems, Densified Propellant Management Systems, and Prototype Extreme Pressure and Temperature Systems. Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
This is a full-time direct-hire position located at or near our Hoover Road facility in Milan, Ohio. The successful applicant will work closely for an extended duration with more senior personnel to gain knowledge and skills applicable to their field while supporting the reactivation and operation of a world-class government-owned aerospace research and test facility.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAssist in the fabrication, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems such as:
- →Low and medium voltage AC power systems
- →DC power systems
- →PLCs
- →Raceway and Conduit and Systems
- →Illumination/lighting
- →Transformers
- →Generators
- →Switchgear
- →Breakers, switches, relays, starters, and field devices
Assist in the performance of:
- →Reverse-Engineering of existing systems
- →Wire crimping and termination
- →Motor maintenance
Work with devices such as valve limit switches, pressure transducers, valve control loops, vacuum and flow switches, proximity detectors, flame and combustible gas detectors, photocells, thermocouples, transducers, etc.

Requirements

- Interest in pursuing a career as an Electrical Engineering Technician
- Must be a US Citizen
