Outbound Customer Service Representative – Plumbing & HVAC

John Owens Services is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated CSR who loves connecting with people and turning conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a sit-back-and-wait customer service role. You’ll be reaching out to customers, creating opportunities, and helping homeowners and businesses get the plumbing and HVAC services they need.
What You’ll Do
You’ll make outbound calls to current, past, and potential customers to schedule plumbing and HVAC service calls, maintenance visits, diagnostics, and equipment replacement appointments.
You’ll also help us grow by reaching out to real estate agents, apartment communities, restaurants, and other local businesses to introduce our company and set up meetings.

- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls

Experience That Helps
Customer service, call center, dispatch, sales, appointment setting, or home services experience is a plus — but the right attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn matter most.
