Title: AFTERMARKET INSIGHTS LEAD Primary Location: Australia (AU) - QLD- Crestmead Job Grade: 07 Hiring Manager: Stephanie Gersekowski ## The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Aftermarket Insights Lead to drive analytics,reporting and project coordination across Aftermarket & Customer Support (A&CS) team. In this role, you will deliver actionable insights that strengthen decision-making, improve performance visibility, and support execution of key priorities. You will also play a key role in governance, operational oversight, and project coordination across portfolios, helping bring structure, clarity, and follow-through across the business. What you’ll be doing • Partner with A&CS leadership to track priorities, actions, and key deliverables • Develop and continuously improve reporting suites, dashboards, and performance reporting • Translate business questions into meaningful insights and executive-ready outputs • Support governance across key programs, ensuring clear ownership and timely outcomes • Coordinate and deliver key projects, including communications and events • Improve reporting efficiency through automation and better use of tools • Support the execution and delivery of critical Customer Support programs and systems including, but not limited to, Product Improvement Programs and PowerGard Protection Plans ## About You With strong expertise in data analytics, reporting, and business insights, you are a proactive team player who brings structure, clarity, and impact to your work. What Skills You Need (Required) • Experience in data, analytics, reporting, or business insights roles • Strong ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights • Experience developing reports and dashboards for business stakeholders • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience managing competing priorities or supporting business operations • Ability to prepare clear, executive-ready materials What Makes You Stand Out (Nice to have) • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualisation • Exposure to automation or AI-enabled reporting • Experience in customer support, aftermarket, or operations environments • Experience supporting governance, business rhythm, or project delivery • Exposure to commercial or performance-focused environments You are someone who: • Is analytical, structured, and detail-oriented • Enjoys turning data into insights that drive action • Is proactive and follows through on commitments • Is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities • Is adaptable and open to improving how things are done • Communicates clearly and influences through insight Why Join Us?
