Note: All candidates should have their tax situation certificate (Constancia de Siituación Fiscal) up to date with the salary regime to be eligible for the hiring process. ## Main Responsibilities * Responsible for the process and payment of social security contributions (IMSS) and the payment to the Institute of National Housing Funds for Workers (Infonavit). * Performs various accounting recordsthat require knowledge of the Business Unit, Company policy or accounting theory * Performs account reconciliations, gathers, reviews and analyzes information, and makes necessary corrections or adjustments. * Prepares and provide information for the Mexican Audit report on Contributions to the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and the housing fund institutions for workers (INFONAVIT) * Responsible for the resolution of problems, support and guidance to internal and external customers on issues related to employee discounts; works with different areas (Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Union, Odessa) for problems resolution. * Coordinates and prepares separation payments for employees, adherence with Company policy and Labor laws * Prepares various monthly and annual reports. ## What Skills You Need * Attention to details * SAP Knowledge * Excel Domain * Great customer service skills * Understands the Internal Control. * Teamwork Skills * Fluent English ## What Makes You Stand Out * Knowledge of accounting systems and policies * Understanding of the Financial information, and the impact of Payroll. * 1 Years of accounting, finance experience or payroll ## Education * Bachelor in Finance, Administration and Public Accounting.
