Location: Brasil (BR) - São Paulo - Indaiatuba Function: Product and Process Mgmt (CA) Title: Product Strategy & Portfolio Specialist - Indaiatuba/SP - 118192 ## As a Product Strategy & Portfolio Specialist at John Deere, based at the Indaiatuba/SP unit, you will be the strategic bridge between regional market needs and our global platforms. You will translate customer insights into scalable, profitable solutions while driving the long-term roadmap for our product lines. If you are ready to influence global strategies and ensure disciplined execution of business goals, join us in shaping the future of the industry ## Main Responsibilities * Manage Long Range Portfolio Plan for each product line; * Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer segments, their specific needs and future trends; * Understand product specifications required by crop; * Comprehend the size of the opportunity, review if there are any solutions already offered in different geographies; * Propose portfolio that best meets these needs by aligning with regional team and global platforms; * Lead business case creation and discussions; * Connect portfolio proposal with long range strategy (factory complexity, global designs, Puk, SaaS, part communization, alternative fuel); * Guarantee that solutions bring positive impacts on share / margin / net sales; * Understand tax, legislation and legal requirements (ex. Engines emission) for main geographies; * Be the main contact in the Region to discuss future portfolio and opportunities of new solutions; * Ensure we communicate the right message of our soliton bringing not only the product, but the entire system combined (machine, technology, SaaS, aftermarket …); * Develop deep knowledge of competitor solutions, their differentiators, and upcoming product launches.
