Title: Shipping Coordinator- 2nd Shift - 120557
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position
Ability to work 2nd shift Monday–Friday (start time between 12:00 PM–2:00 PM CST). Weekend work and overtime may be required based on business needs. Includes 2–3 hours per week of scheduling duties, rotated among team members. The weekend scheduling remains subject to change.
## Your Responsibilities
As a 2nd Shift Shipping Coordinator for John Deere North American Parts Distribution Center located in Milan, Illinois you will...
* Generate daily production schedules for multiple departments that meet the delivery expectations of Customers
* Consider various capacity constraints and develop an executable plan that maximizes throughput and reduces Order to Ship cycle time
* Communicate schedules and special arrangements to internal and external partners including managers

## What Skills You Need
* 1 or more years’ experience using Microsoft Office Excel including formulas and pivot tables to analyze data and support recommendations
* 1 or more years’ experience problem solving, prioritizing, and providing work direction in a fast paced environment
* Experienced, well organized, strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skill
* Experience solving problems independently and balancing when to raise awareness or seek further approval from managers
* Ability to work M-F 2nd shift hours (Shift will start between 12pm and 2pm CST), weekends and OT based on business needs
## What Makes You Standout
* Experience generating productions schedules that take into considerations the capacities or constraints of multiple departments
* 1 or more years of EWM (SAP) experience
## Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent related work experience
