In this role you will be responsible for:  
1) Issuing travel documentation for regular/charter flights; 
2) Managing block programs for the tour operator; 
3) Monitoring airline schedules and special offers; 
4) Providing consultations on airline transportation rules; 
5) Booking and reconciliation of additional services; 
6) Uploading PNL to airline system, sending PNL and ADL via email; 
7) Searching for tickets on the market in case of flight overbooking or cancellation, using all available aggregators and through partners. 

• Higher education degree. 

• Knowledge of the SAMO system is preferred, but training will be provided. 

• Knowledge of the Amadeus system is an advantage. 

• Ability to respond quickly to requests. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Team player. 

• Quick learner and resourceful. 

• Ability to make decisions independently.
