We're currently seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to support clients by coordinating travel plans, managing logistics, and ensuring every experience runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a fully remote opportunity designed for individuals who value flexibility, independence, and the ability to grow within a supportive, professional environment.

No prior industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and travel goals
  • Coordinate itineraries, schedules, confirmations, and key details with accuracy
  • Provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the process
  • Manage logistics to ensure a smooth, stress-free travel experience
  • Maintain organization while handling multiple moving parts
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Tech-comfortable (email, apps, online platforms)
  • Positive, reliable, and eager to learn

Experience in customer service, coordination, planning, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
