Facility Operations Manager

• →Oversee day-to-day operations of office, laboratory, and test spaces.
• →Coordinate with facility tenants, owner management, and service providers.
• →Manage conference room scheduling and meeting coordination.
• →Support office outfitting, workspace readiness, and space planning.
• →Coordinate facility upkeep vendors (maintenance, cleaning, building services).
• →Prepare facility spaces for program reviews, VIP visits, customer demonstrations, and major events.
• →Support personnel onboarding, including access control coordination and badging processes.
• →Monitor facility conditions and coordinate corrective actions when needed.

🧠What You Bring to the Table

• →3+ years of experience in facility operations, office management, workplace services, or building coordination.
• →Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• →Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• →Experience supporting shared office, lab, or technical workspaces.
• →Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• →Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

• →Experience in defense, laboratory, or technical facility environments.
• →Experience supporting executive visits or program demonstrations.
