As a Construction Foreman (m/f/x) you manage structural shell construction projects in the building sector. By coordinating teams and subcontractors, ensuring top quality on site, and organizing all activities, you play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation to every construction project.

Responsibilities

Participate actively in work preparation and planning

Coordinate your teams as well as subcontractors for efficient workflow

Monitor quality on site and ensure all processes run efficiently

Organize and document all activities on the construction site

Completed training as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician
At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of complex building construction projects
Comprehensive technical understanding of structural work, formwork and reinforcement
Communication skills
Hands on mentality
MS Office skills
Englisch language skills (B2/C1)
