Accelerate and Elevate with AI: Employ AI-powered tools to boost development velocity by generating and optimizing code, enhance quality assurance by assisting in code reviews, and maintain clear standards by automating documentation.
Transformation Mindset: Take an ownership stake in the functional objective of the team by creating automated tasks, ensuring data quality, develop preemptive interventions and prepare the CRM delivery to meet the changing landscape through systems of context.

Experience leading the debugging of complex, unexpected cross-system behaviors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for a global, asynchronous team.
