We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.
We’re looking for a high-performing, driven, and curious Senior Outbound SDR to join our global Sales Development team. You’ll focus on prospecting and engaging decision-makers in the private equity, venture capital, and real estate investment ecosystem, booking meetings for our Account Executives to build a strong and predictable pipeline.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is eager to break into enterprise sales.

Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation for Juniper Square’s offerings through proactive outbound prospecting

Requirements
~1 min readProven success in high-volume outbound prospecting, engaging Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Demonstrated ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline through outbound motion and book meetings in complex B2B environments
Strong cold calling, objection handling, and discovery skills with the ability to create interest from net-new prospects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for crafting personalized outbound messaging
Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently, stay disciplined with outreach, and consistently hit outbound KPIs
Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience prospecting into private equity, real estate, or financial services firms is a strong plus
Ability to work night shift (7:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)
Hybrid flexibility, with 3 days a week in office.
