Student Loan Consultant

Juno/LeverEdge is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Student Loan Consultant to join our growing team. In this mid-level role, you'll work directly with borrowers to help them navigate one of the most complex financial decisions of their lives — managing and repaying their student debt. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through federal repayment options, refinancing opportunities, and everything in between.

• →Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to review and evaluate their federal and private student loan repayment options
• →Clearly explain federal repayment programs including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities
• →Guide borrowers through pulling refinance offers via the Juno platform
• →Send timely follow-up communications after each meeting and support clients through the full application process
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions
• →Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings as needed based on each borrower's situation and timeline

• Solid understanding of the student loan industry, including federal loan programs and repayment options
• Familiarity with lending, banking, and refinancing — particularly in the student loan and personal lending space
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language
• Experience in a client-facing financial services or sales role preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational habits and attention to detail
• Comfort working remotely with the ability to travel for business or training as needed
