The Manager is accountable for network reliability, security, and scalability; incident command for major IT outages; and disciplined change management. The role also manages the primary third-party vendor that provides network services and helpdesk support and owns all contract management with Meraki and all Internet Service Providers (ISPs), ensuring performance against SLAs and seamless coordination with internal teams and partners.
