Food & Beverage Assistant Director

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Director. In this role, you will assist the Food and Beverage Director with providing a safe, effective, efficient, efficient, organized, quality-oriented, and profitable restaurant and food and beverage operation. You will also assist in planning, organizing, executing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety of all food and beverage venues.
