310S Automotive Service Technician

We’re looking for 310S Automotive Service Technician to perform from routine maintenance to complex repairs on a variety of vehicles. This full-time, permanent role is based in our Queensdale Ave. Ottawa, ON location. We offer a $5,000 recruitment and retention bonus for the fully licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician.

• Base rate of $37.33/hour as a newly certified 310s Technician, with the potential to earn more depending on your experience and skill set. Plus a clearly defined path for career progression with wage increases along the way.

• →Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.  
• →Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.  
• →Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.  
• →Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.  
• →Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.  

• Hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experience with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
