Community Coordinator (Multiple Languages)

We are seeking dedicated Community Coordinators to support in the end-to-end process of this project including and not limited to onboarding users and facilitating their participation in Project LokVaani.

1. →User Identification: Identify and onboard diverse users (ages 20-70) from marginalized communities, ensuring a 50:50 gender ratio.
2. →Training and Onboarding:
• →Conduct  training sessions to understand the project and tasks.
• →Onboard users by helping them install the Karya app, complete profile tasks, and record a few sample audio tasks.
3. →Task Assistance:
• →Guide users in completing recordings.
• →Ensure users adhere to task guidelines (e.g., no multiple IDs for one person).
4. →Data Accuracy: Help users enter accurate details (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform.
5. →Support: Provide ongoing assistance to users to ensure task completion and resolve issues.

• Must have large connections in the required language/s.
• Aged between 18-55 years.
• Access to an Android smartphone.
• Ability to train and manage multiple users.
• Comfortable with using excel and other google tools

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse communities.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with Android smartphones.
• Commitment to inclusivity and ethical practices.
