Business Analyst - Power BI with Snowflake

Kaseya is looking for a data-savvy Business Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into actionable insights. This role will be pivotal in supporting our sales and marketing teams by designing reports, building dashboards, and delivering strategic business intelligence that drives performance and decision-making.

• →Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insightful reports.
• →Create and enhance dashboards for sales, marketing, and executive reporting.
• →Design and maintain automated reporting tools that support strategic business goals.
• →Develop complex SQL queries and manage data transformations across systems.
• →Ensure data accuracy through rigorous testing and periodic quality reviews.
• →Maintain and refresh centralized databases to support up-to-date reporting.
• →Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data visualizations and trend analysis. 

• Strong experience in Power BI – dashboard creation and data modelling.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write and interpret queries.
• Required experience with Snowflake for data warehousing, querying, and reporting use cases.
• Good understanding of database concepts, schemas, and dimensional modelling.
• Bonus: Exposure to Microsoft Azure and data warehousing tools.
