• →Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
• →Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type (e.g., MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer and MSP Success website)
• →Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for the target audience.
• →Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization (AIO), and compliance with brand voice guidelines and standards, where applicable.
• →Use CMS and workflow tools (e.g., MSP Success Partner Portal, WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted content tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• →Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends, and content performance insights to guide continuous improvement.
• →Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams to ensure content aligns with visual and functional best practices.
• →Collaborate externally with MSP partners in the content creation process where applicable.

• 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role (ideally in a B2B environment) with experience creating various types of written content such as gated downloadable resources, blogs or long-form articles, webinar decks and scripts, social media and ad copy, and video scripts
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent work experience  
• 3+ Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Experience creating partner-facing or enablement content
• MSP or IT industry experience
• Deep familiarity with cybersecurity/IT topic'
• Ability to multitask and take on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
