• Strong experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development
• Proficiency in Power BI - Advanced DAX (Iterators like SUMX, CALCULATE), Row-Level Security (RLS), Data Modeling (Star vs. Snowflake schema), and Power Query (M Language).
• Proficiency in SQL (Complex Joins, CTEs, Window Functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK), and performance tuning of stored procedures)
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Pivot, complex logic using INDEX-MATCH or XLOOKUP, and automating workflows via VBA or Power Query for local reporting)
• Experience with data visualization and data modeling concepts.
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• →4+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.

• →Strong ability to translate complex data into clear stories for non-technical stakeholders and work independently in time-critical environments
