To support the increasing growth in Kaseya business, we are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst. Based out of our Bangalore office and reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, this position will be responsible for processing incoming customer orders and ensuring commercial compliance in accordance with company guidelines. • Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred; 
• Interest in technology 
• Prior work experience within order management and/or order fulfillment 
• Proficiency in MS Excel 
• Understanding of software subscription businesses, a plus (SaaS) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Flexibility in schedule as needed to support business demands such as Quarter-End close, new product releases, etc. 
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment 
• Familiarity and proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ - a plus 
• Team player comfortable working cross-functionally both within, and without the finance department
