Kaseya is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support core accounting and reporting functions across the organization. This role will play an important part in ensuring accurate financial records, meeting reporting deadlines, and supporting both day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close activities. The position requires fluency in English and will collaborate with teams across multiple global locations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- →Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- →Assist with compliance requirements and statutory reporting deadlines.
- →Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- →Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger reconciliations, including prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intangibles, CIP, and project accounting.
- →Assist in preparing internal and external financial reporting schedules.
- →Support audit requests and work with external auditors to resolve inquiries.
- →Contribute to ad hoc finance and reporting projects as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Fluency in English is required, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role.
- Professional accounting certification (or equivalent qualification) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
