Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- →Organize and maintain inventory using warehouse management systems.
- →Pick, pack, and ship orders in alignment with customer and company requirements.
- →Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
- →Ensure products are properly packaged and pallets are safely and neatly stacked.
- →Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- →Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and audits.
- →Prepare documentation and materials for shipping and internal processes.
- →Support cross-functional warehouse activities, including logistics and inventory projects.
- →Assist in training and guiding Warehouse Associate I team members as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse processes.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (or willingness to be trained).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
