- →Reads formula book to determine types and quantities of materials to weight

- →Maintains perpetual inventory of materials on hand using the AX system
- →Transfers weighed materials to production or storage areas
- →Other duties as assigned
- →Must maintain and comply with all HAACP, OSHA, USDA, SSOP, and GMP requirements
- →Be willing to be cross trained within department to cover responsibilities if required
