Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.
Conduct scheduled maintenance and inspections to sustain system performance and extend equipment life.
Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across HVAC systems.
Repair or replace worn or failed components — motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more.
Work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Keep customers and teammates up to date on service findings and recommendations.
Log all work accurately, including tasks completed, parts installed, and observed system conditions.
Follow applicable safety standards, building codes, and internal company policies on every job.

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.
4+ years in an HVAC service technician role or closely related position.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
Ability to read and apply blueprints and technical documentation.
Methodical troubleshooter with solid problem-solving instincts.
Effective communicator with strong customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
