About the Role
~1 min readThis is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building relationships and generating new business within the commercial sector (B2B).
We’re looking for a driven HVAC Project Sales professional to support the growth of our commercial division. In this role, you’ll sell comprehensive HVAC solutions, including design-build projects, system replacements, retrofits, and energy-efficient upgrades. You’ll partner with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend solutions that enhance comfort, performance, and long-term efficiency.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, contractors, and key stakeholders
- →Identify and pursue opportunities for system upgrades, replacements, and new installations
- →Create and deliver detailed proposals outlining scope, pricing, and project timelines
- →Coordinate with engineering and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded jobs
- →Stay informed on industry developments, including energy standards and emerging HVAC technologies
- →Meet or exceed established sales goals and contribute to overall revenue growth
Requirements
~1 min read- Demonstrated success in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical sales environment
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and equipment
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus
