General Accountant (Bookkeeping + AP/AR)

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant (Bookkeeping + AP/AR) to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate transaction recording. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliant financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end closings.

  Maintain and update the PH BIR-compliant chart of accounts.

• →

  Record transactions such as AP/AR, journals, accruals, prepayments, payroll, deposits, and advances.

• →

  Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.

• →

  Manage purchase orders, employee reimbursements, and allowances.

• →

  Handle AP processing, including invoice entry, monitoring, and preparing aging reports.

• →

  Track AR (excluding in-house functions as advised by Digital Halo).

• →

  Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in bookkeeping and AP/AR functions.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and other major accounting platforms.

• Strong knowledge of BIR-compliant chart of accounts.

• Proven experience managing month-end closing activities.
