fostered. As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide crucial technical support and assistance, ensuring

our production team operates efficiently without technical interruptions. Your role will be instrumental in

troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and networks, ensuring smooth and

reliable operation of all our systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and assistance to computer system users across various

departments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware, ensuring optimal workstation performance.

• Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring secure access to systems.

• Assist with the rollout of new software applications and system upgrades.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.

• Monitor and update IT inventory and equipment status daily, ensuring accuracy and proper

documentation of all assets.


Requirements

• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.

• Proficiency in Windows OS; familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus.

• Familiarity with Cisco and Ubiquiti hardware configuration as well as pfSense firewall is highly

valued but not mandatory.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and effective troubleshooting.

• Willingness to work on night shifts and flexible schedules as needed.
