Automotive Appointment Coordinator

This full-time position involves answering incoming phone calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing outstanding customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple tasks, and a positive, professional demeanor. No prior automotive experience is required; however, previous call center experience is a plus.

• Monday – Friday : 7:00AM-4:00PM
• Rotating Saturdays
• Annual Compensation Range: $35,360 to $50,000 (hourly plus commission), depending on experience and performance

• →Answering incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• →Scheduling service appointments with customers
• →Providing clear communication and follow-up regarding services and appointments
• →Maintaining an organized, accurate service appointment schedule
• →Collaborating with service department staff to ensure smooth operations

• A valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable

• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Ability to Multi-Task
