About the Role

Responsibilities

→Read and interpret site plans, grades, and elevations
→Manage crew productivity and equipment utilization
→Coordinate with surveyors for grade checking and layout
→Maintain daily production reports and quantity tracking
→Lead safety meetings and maintain safe working conditions
→Coordinate with other trades and utilities on site

Requirements

4+ years of experience in concrete operations (slab on grade, walls, elevated slabs)
Experience with various types of heavy equipment
Ability to read site plans and calculate quantities
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license
Equipment operation experience preferred

Ability to work in various weather conditions
Capable of accessing equipment and uneven terrain
Standing, walking, and climbing as needed
