LAW CLERKS - LITIGATION SPECIAL PROJECTS TEAM

Kelley | Uustal, a national law firm based in Fort Lauderdale focused on catastrophic injury, wrongful death cases, and complex commercial litigation, seeks an exceptional law clerk to join our Special Projects Team. This is not your typical law clerk position - we're looking for intellectual firepower and grit. You'll be working directly with our senior attorneys on precedent-setting cases that require innovative legal strategies and meticulous analysis. This role offers unparalleled hands-on experience in high-stakes litigation where the outcomes matter deeply to our clients and can reshape legal landscapes.

This role can be fully remote or in-person in our Fort Lauderdale office. 10-20 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2L or 3L law students or recent law school graduate.
• Exceptional academic performance, proving you have the intellect to excel.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Westlaw, Word, and Outlook.  Case management software proficiency a plus.
