Tech Support Engineer - Part-time

Ideally you will be currently located in Vienna or able to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position in Austria to candidates who do not already have a valid work permit.

• →Serve as primary IT support contact for Boston and Vienna offices
• →Prioritize and manage multiple requests
• →Handle device provisioning and user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)
• →Ensure reliable operation of Google Workspace and macOS environments across the company
• →Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across company devices
• →Own Ketryx internal IT support channel
• →Support security & compliance initiatives

• Understanding of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and macOS
• Understanding of identity management/SSO systems
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
• Clear communication skills with non-technical users
• Documentation skills for creating user guides and procedures
• Understanding of networks, security, and device management
• Fluency in English

• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Experience with backup and recovery procedures
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks
• Patience when explaining complex concepts
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Proactive approach to identifying potential issues

• Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind
• Backend: PostgreSQL, Redis, GraphQL, Prisma
• Testing: Vitest, Playwright, Cucumber
• Infrastructure: AWS (e.g. S3, RDS, ECS), Datadog
• Collaboration: Slack, GitHub, Figma, Jira, Confluence
