We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide day-to-day support to our customers and ensure they have a smooth experience using our products.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and support requests
Help customers resolve basic product or usage issues
Guide customers on how to use our systems effectively
Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver a friendly, professional, and timely service
Strong communication and customer service skills
A helpful, patient, and positive attitude
Good problem-solving ability
Organised and able to manage multiple requests
Comfortable using technology (training provided)
