We are growing quickly and looking for an exceptional HR Associate Contractor to join our People team.
About the HR Associate Contractor Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented HR professional to support Keystone’s people operations, HR administration, compliance, benefits administration, and onboarding processes. This individual will help ensure accurate HR data, strong employee support, and smooth coordination across HR programs as Keystone continues to grow globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administrative functions, including employee recordkeeping, HRIS management, and HR data accuracy, while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
- Assist with HR compliance efforts, including tracking federal, state, and local employment requirements and supporting policy and process updates.
- Support benefits administration, including enrolments and changes, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and retirement plan coordination.
- Partner with Learning and Development and Recruiting to support and enhance the employee onboarding experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven HR experience with deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Experience in diverse domestic and international environments preferred.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, managers, and cross-functional partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with HR data, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HRIS, MS Office, and related software.
- Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information.
