This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a B2C Onboarding Officer (OPS) within the Operations domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the first point of contact for clients by phone, introducing and guiding them through the credit application process and ensuring timely completion of their files.
- →Provide financial advice, analyze client dossiers, and propose the most suitable products, leveraging your strong commercial mindset and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- →Inform clients about the status of their requests and maintain a proactive, sales-driven approach to exceed expectations and embrace challenges.
- →Oversee the follow-up of credit requests by phone, verifying contracts, supporting documents, legal mentions, and signatures for compliance.
- →Ensure the timely release of funds to client accounts and assist clients in resolving any non-compliance issues.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in call center and banking environments; experience in credit is preferable.
- Good expertise in MS Office is required; familiarity with contact center tools is a plus.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch and French; good command of English.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a background in credit considered an asset.
- Customer-oriented, stress-resistant, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work autonomously, in a structured, precise, and rigorous manner.
- Enjoys client contact by phone and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- 50% on-site and 50% homeworking after the first three months.
