Commissioning Lead

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Commissioning Lead for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and monitoring commissioning activities within projects to ensure installations are efficiently, safely, and qualitatively put into operation within the established objectives of time, budget, and regulations.

• →Coordinate activities within projects, determine the required competencies of the commissioning team, and guide and support internal and/or external staff to execute commissioning tasks (cost-) efficiently and with high quality, with specific attention to pre-commissioning, functional testing, and commissioning.
• →Build and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, act as a point of contact, and report on progress and results to optimize collaboration and ensure a qualitative handover to operations and maintenance.
• →Be responsible for compiling and keeping project files up to date, including documentation and associated administrative and procedural follow-up to ensure a complete and correct set of inventories, schedules, procedures, and compliance with applicable legislation and regulations, including commissioning documentation (test procedures, as-built, punch lists).
• →Provide, develop, and/or inventory proposals for optimizing infrastructure or applications to guarantee the organization optimal equipment and operation of resources, including performance optimization after startup and commissioning.
• →Manage change during startup to ensure that the changes caused by the project are supported and embraced within the organization, including implementation in the operational environment after startup.

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in commissioning installations and/or project management, with proven experience in the commissioning of industrial installations (including testing, startup, and handover to operations) within projects with an investment cost exceeding €10 million.
• Maturity and leadership skills to lead teams of engineers and engage operational teams during the startup phase; open to a mid-level profile with the right mindset.
• Project-oriented work experience, managing various medium to large projects.
• Ability to multitask: capable of coordinating the commissioning of multiple projects simultaneously, in different phases of testing and commissioning.
• Experience in industrial environments with a strong focus on safety, operational functioning, and/or maintenance is a significant advantage.
