Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert IT Service Manager for a consultancy mission at a public-sector client in Brussels. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will contribute to a major modernization and business transformation program that is replacing a legacy monolithic application with a modern, Kubernetes-based microservices architecture. The client adopts an API-first and event-driven approach, progressively phasing out the legacy platform. Beyond technical modernization, the program enables new capabilities, increases agility, and accelerates delivery of value to internal and external end users. By building a more flexible and scalable digital platform, the client aims to deliver better services, a stronger user experience, and rapid adaptation to evolving business and regulatory needs.
Role: Expert IT Service Manager (Consultancy Mission)
Responsibilities

- →Ensure excellence in database-related service operations; at a minimum, demonstrate expert-level mastery of DB2 and strong command of data quality principles (Level: Expert; Most recent experience: any time).
- →Demonstrate flexibility in responding to evolving priorities, incidents, and program needs (Level: Expert; Most recent experience: any time).
- →Integrate information from multiple sources and domains to support decision-making and continuous improvement (Level: Expert; Most recent experience: any time).
- →Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-team groups to align services with business and regulatory needs (Level: Expert; Most recent experience: any time).
- →Apply solid understanding of microservices architecture to align ITSM practices with distributed systems (Level: Confirmed; Most recent experience: any time).
- →Resolve problems methodically and proactively, driving root-cause analysis and permanent fixes (Level: Expert; Most recent experience: any time).
