Java DEV Engineer Expert

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a DEV Engineer - Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

• →Join an agile team responsible for designing, building, and testing valuable elements within limited timeframes.
• →Apply a combination of analysis, design, development, testing, and integration skills to deliver products at the end of each sprint.
• →Co-lead the squad as a fullstack developer, mentor junior colleagues, challenge architects, and propose innovative solutions.
• →Address security vulnerabilities and ensure high quality in code and deliverables by applying best practices.
• →Collaborate with team members to complete the sprint backlog, focusing on delivering value for internal or external clients.
• →Adhere to scrum values: focused, committed, open, respectful, and courageous, while promoting knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning.
• →Work on-site 50% of the time, with the remaining 50% homeworking, as per client expectations.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in IT development and integration.
• Mandatory technical skills: Java, Spring Boot, JUnit, Gherkin scenarios, Ruby, React JS, Javascript and/or Typescript, Vite, Jest, knowledge of common development languages, excellent understanding of architecture (hardware, OS, networking, databases, middleware), and knowledge of methods, standards, security procedures, and development tools.
• Preferable: familiarity with a WCM, experience with integration using different technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infrastructure components.
• Business experience: knowledge of agile methodology.
• Soft skills: excellent analysis skills, team spirit, ability to influence colleagues and architects, ownership, efficient communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders, ambition towards squad targets, and promotion of continuous improvement.
• Language requirements: active knowledge of at least one local language (Dutch or French) and passive knowledge of the other, plus English.
