This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Paid Media Marketing Expert. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be integrated within the client’s Digital Marketing Chapter, supporting their Marketing & Communication department. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, carrying out all responsibilities under our consultancy model.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Design, implement, coordinate, and monitor awareness and consideration paid media campaign strategies to support brand image and business objectives.
- →Develop the best media strategy and media plan in collaboration with media agencies.
- →Challenge Marcom Managers/business briefing: SAP, QAP, turning Marcom objectives into media objectives, challenging the target, fixing KPIs.
- →Support digital marketing experts in their daily jobs within Clusters.
- →Challenge external agencies on media strategy, tactical plans, and awareness campaigns.
- →Develop and maintain relationships with Sales houses to identify opportunities.
- →Share client needs to create tailor-made media solutions.
- →Ensure smooth processes from media strategy to evaluation.
- →Evaluate each campaign and share learnings to define new objectives.
- →Maximize value for money by challenging and consolidating media budgets for annual deals across all brands.
- →Negotiate with agencies and Sales houses for yearly and punctual deals.
- →Follow up on budgets and ensure agency compliance with agreements.
- →Optimize and reduce costs.
- →Identify best practices per medium, conduct competition analysis, and monitor media evolution.
- →Collaborate closely with creative agencies.
- →Inform stakeholders of potential campaign success or failure.
- →Translate global media agency contracts into local agreements, ensure contract compliance, maintain good relationships, and evaluate agencies.
- →Coordinate and ensure correct reporting and invoicing.
- →Coordinate the implementation of tagging and measurement attributes with the analytics team.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or banking.
- High expertise in media planning, media buying, and negotiation.
- Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of media buying and negotiation.
- Familiarity with SAP, QAP, and agile ceremonies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong experience in digital transformation (preferable).
- Project delivery focus (preferable).
- Expertise in agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, especially with marketing and IT teams.
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced digital marketing environments.
- Familiarity with banking operations or financial products (preferable).
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and terminology (preferable).
- Strategic thinking and helicopter view.
- Analytical mind and conceptual thinking.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Leadership.
- Fluent in Dutch or French.
- Fluent in French or Dutch.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, CM360, DV360, and Social Media Ads platforms.
