Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Developer

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. The consultant will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous development of the Salesforce platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and scalability.

• →Stabilization and post go-live evolution of the Service Cloud project.
• →Initiating Artificial Intelligence initiatives for Customer Care to automate client request processing.
• →Creating reports and maintaining Sales Cloud.
• →Analyzing business needs with functional teams.
• →Defining technical specifications.
• →Developing technical components and implementing user stories.
• →Maintaining necessary technical components.
• →Contributing to automation and AI initiatives (Agentforce) for Customer Care.
• →Participating in the optimization of reporting and operational dashboards.
• →Preparing and executing unit and integration tests.
• →Correcting anomalies identified during testing phases.
• →Managing incidents and writing technical documentation related to developments.
• →Managing releases.
