Keystone Solutions is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner for a consultancy mission with our client in the parking and mobility domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate at the intersection of business, IT, UX, customer care, legal and international stakeholders to structure business needs, define priorities and shape digital solutions that combine customer value, operational efficiency and technical feasibility. Our client is a leading pan-European provider of parking and mobility solutions across multiple countries and urban environments, managing an extensive parking infrastructure network and investing in sustainable mobility, customer-focused services and digital innovation. Within their digital strategy, mobile applications and a MyAccount customer self-service portal are key digital customer channels supporting customer onboarding, login, account management, contract management, payment methods, transactions, invoices, receipts and other self-service capabilities across multiple countries. Following a strategic alliance with an international partner, the client's scale and footprint have been further strengthened to harmonise mobility services across borders, increase operational excellence and position digital solutions at the core of customer and partner interactions.
- Consultancy nature of work: Engage on-site or in a hybrid model at the client's locations as a Keystone Solutions consultant, integrating with their cross-functional teams while leveraging Keystone's governance, coaching and peer community.

The role combines in-depth business analysis with product ownership responsibilities. You will not only document requirements, but also challenge requests, clarify objectives, assess impact and support product decisions across countries and digital channels—executed under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model while working closely with the client.
Responsibilities

- →Translate these needs into clear, consistent and testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- →Document user flows, process flows, functional analyses and decision logic
- →Analyse customer self-service journeys such as registration, login, account management, contract management, payment methods, transactions, invoices, receipts and support-related flows
- →Assess impact, scope, dependencies, risks and operational consequences of changes
- →Challenge business requests to clarify the underlying problem, expected value and desired outcome
- →Prepare and facilitate workshops with business, IT, UX, legal, customer care and international stakeholders
- →Support decision-making by preparing clear options, impact assessments and recommendations
- →Actively participate in refinements, sprint events, demos and functional validations
- →Work closely with UX designers based on Figma designs and customer journey insights
- →Manage, structure and prioritise the product backlog in Azure DevOps
- →Contribute to the roadmap and priorities for mobile applications and MyAccount evolutions
- →Align priorities with stakeholders, the Tribe Lead, Tech Leads, UX and international teams
- →Safeguard business value in relation to technical feasibility, dependencies and available capacity
- →Ensure consistency between app, web portal, backend systems and country-specific needs
- →Validate delivered functionalities from a business and customer perspective
- →Follow up functional scope throughout analysis, development, testing and release preparation
- →Contribute to the further evolution and positioning of digital customer channels within the group

- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Functional Analyst in a digital product environment
- Proven experience with mobile applications, customer portals or self-service platforms
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional analyses and process flows
- Good functional understanding of APIs, integrations, backend-driven digital products and data flows
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure complex topics clearly
- Experience with stakeholder management in a complex or international environment
- Clear and professional communication style, both written and spoken
- Fluent English is required
- Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is strongly recommended
Nice to Have
