As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes at our client site. This consultancy mission involves working closely with stakeholders to accurately describe the current and future state of processes. You will facilitate workshops, organize, and manage necessary meetings to gather information and produce deliverables essential for project definition, adhering to established standards and methodologies.

Responsibilities

→Organize meetings and workshops to understand and map business processes as required by the client.
→Draft necessary documents for process definition to ensure they can be directly utilized by analysts for solution implementation.
→Ensure throughout the project that the implemented solution aligns with the described solution in agreement with the business.

Communication: Organize and lead necessary meetings or workshops with the business, demonstrating good listening skills.
Conceptualization: Translate abstract reasoning and concepts into practical solutions.
Information Analysis: Analyze data critically and assess information with a discerning eye.
Cross-Functional Understanding: Look beyond departmental boundaries and evaluate the impact of decisions on other areas of the organization.
