This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Senior Marketing Technology & Process Lead – Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
You will define new and adapted MarCom operational models, processes, and roles/responsibilities in line with the Martech set-up and tooling. The mission focuses on the integration, adoption, and optimization of Adobe Workfront and its synergy with the broader Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem (Journey Optimizer, Analytics, Target, DAM, etc.). You will lead the marketing operations transformation, ensuring a smooth transition from Wrike to Workfront and maximizing the platform’s capabilities for campaign intake, briefing, execution, validation, and archiving.
Responsibilities

- →Train and upskill teams on new processes, ensuring adoption and efficiency gains.
- →Govern the integration, monitor performance, and iterate on improvements.
Requirements

- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience configuring Workfront (custom forms, proofing, resource management, reporting)
- Knowledge of Workfront integrations (e.g., with Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Analytics, or third-party tools like Jira)
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (Journey Optimizer, Target, Analytics, DAM) is a strong plus
- Proven ability to redesign workflows and drive user adoption (e.g., migrating teams from Wrike/Asana to Workfront)
- Strong documentation skills (process maps, SOPs, training materials)
- Proven ability to lead and structure projects
- Experience in campaign operations, creative workflows, or digital asset management
- Understanding of agile marketing and how tools like Workfront enable it
- Team Player, Facilitator
