Tech Lead Mobile and AI

Join Keystone Solutions as a Tech Lead Mobile & AI on a consultancy mission at a client site. You will be part of the Business Solutions department, contributing to the complete redesign of a mobile application.

• →Define the target architecture and prepare the development environment.
• →Establish the Sprint 0, ensuring all necessary elements for development are in place.
• →Guide teams in technological choices and ensure the delivery is prepared for large-scale implementation.
• →Act as a technical advisor to the Project Manager and Enterprise Architect.
• →Support the adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) as the main technology for the new mobile application.
• →Document architecture and development processes to facilitate onboarding of new developers.
• →Participate in functional analysis workshops and contribute to the definition of APIs.
• →Conduct technical estimations and prepare release plans.
• →Define and implement a strategy for the use of artificial intelligence throughout the project phases.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with significant involvement in KMP projects.
• Strong background in native Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Flutter is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic vision and a pragmatic approach to delivery.
• Strong innovation mindset with a focus on generative AI.
