This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Visual Designer/PowerPoint Specialist. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in a high-visibility strategic project, collaborating with internal stakeholders across various business segments to transform business input into clear, impactful, and visually compelling presentations. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Translate structured business input into high-quality PowerPoint presentations, ensuring a strong and coherent visual storyline.
- →Transform rough content (Word documents, drafts, input from stakeholders) into clear, structured, and visually engaging PowerPoint decks.
- →Ensure each presentation delivers a coherent storyline, both visually and in terms of messaging.
- →Work closely with stakeholders to integrate feedback efficiently in iterative cycles.
- →Create and refine slides layouts & templates, charts, diagrams, visual storytelling elements, tables, and infographics.
- →Guarantee full alignment with brand guidelines.
- →Maintain excellent attention to detail and quality control on every deliverable.
- →Work efficiently under tight deadlines and multiple parallel streams.
- →Communicate proactively with stakeholders (meetings, calls, mail) to clarify input and expectations.
- →You will be assigned to one main segment (Retail or Affluent & Private Banking).
- →Your role is focused on design execution and visual storytelling (not content creation).
- →Strong collaboration with business teams is key, with efficient feedback loops to avoid delays.
Requirements
~1 min read- Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- English: Understanding of written and spoken communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design or visual communications.
- 50% on site & 50% homeworking (according to team agreements).
- Excellent mastery of PowerPoint, including advanced functionalities and modern design techniques.
- Strong ability to translate complex information into visual storytelling.
- Proven experience in corporate presentations (strategy/management level).
- High level of autonomy and proactivity.
- Ability to manage multiple inputs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Resilient under pressure and tight deadlines.
- “Can-do” attitude and flexibility.
- Ability to quickly understand and synthesize complex input.
Nice to Have

- Experience in financial sector or strategy environments.
- Good knowledge of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar.
