This position is essential to maintaining continuous classified operations support for HQ ACC/A2 and ISR Wing mission sets. Candidates will work on-site at Joint Base Langley-Eustis as part of a two-person cleared team ensuring uninterrupted classified environment coverage while developing and deploying AI/RPA solutions that directly impact intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations.  This is not a remote position. This is not a periodic advisory role. Candidates will be embedded daily with ACC directorates, working in classified spaces, solving real operational challenges with AI and automation technologies.    Essential Job Functions:   Classified Coordination & Advisory: Provide technical advisory services on AI and RPA integration within SIPRNet and AFSCI environments  Coordinate with HQ ACC/A2 leadership on classified AI capability development and deployment strategies  Advise on security compliance, data governance, and technical feasibility for classified AI applications  Participate in classified technical exchanges, working groups, and planning forums  Classified Solution Development: Lead AI and RPA workflow discovery sessions with ISR Wing personnel in classified environments  Design, prototype, and deploy AI/ML solutions addressing intelligence analysis, data fusion, and mission planning workflows  Develop automation solutions using enterprise-approved platforms within classified networks  Conduct iterative user validation cycles with operational intelligence personnel  Transition validated solutions into operational use with complete technical documentation  Tier 2 Classified Platform Support: Provide Tier 2 technical support for AI tools and platforms operating on SIPRNet and AFSCI networks  Troubleshoot complex technical issues requiring classified environment access  Coordinate with platform vendors on behalf of classified users  Resolve escalated support requests from ISR Wings and HQ staff  Continuous Classified Presence: Maintain on-site presence at JBLE during normal duty hours as part of the minimum two-cleared-personnel requirement  Enable seamless coverage for HQ ACC/A2 and ISR Wing support without operational gaps  Coordinate with the second Senior AI/Data SME to ensure continuous classified environment availability    Working Conditions: Location and Environment:  Primary Work Location:  Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia  Classified Facilities:  Regular work in Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and secure spaces Workspace:  Government-provided office space in secure facility; access to NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and collaboration tools  Classified Work:  Regular access to classified environments (SIPRNet, AFSCI) required for coordination and stakeholder engagement   Travel Requirements:  Frequency: None at this time; however subject to change  Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer workstation Visual acuity for detailed technical work and data analysis Manual dexterity for typing, coding, and operating computer equipment Schedule and Availability:  Core Hours: 0800-1700 EST, Monday-Friday), with occasional extended hours to meet mission deadlines or support operational events  Flexibility:  Occasional early morning or evening meetings to accommodate wing schedules across time zones  Surge Periods:  Increased hours during major milestones, events, or exercises (with advance notice)  On-Call:  Not required, but responsiveness to urgent issues expected (email/phone within 4 hours during duty hours)  Telework:  No telework eligibility for unclassified administrative tasks;
