is pioneering growth for organizations by delivering the first marketing suite designed specifically for the U18 market.

The Business Development Manager position will be in charge of identifying growth opportunities, establishing sustainable business relationships and designing strategies for the evolution of the company within the assigned market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop high-level client and agency relationships to serve as a trusted consultant.

  • Negotiate contracts and business agreements with clients and strategic partners.

  • Generate business plans to define your sales strategies and tactics.

  • Understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology developments.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and key decision makers; lead and support the closing of negotiations within these accounts.

  • Manage CRM system and maintain opportunities within your area.

  • Sales analysis: ability to understand and create a business plan.

  • Keep updated on market trends and new business opportunities.

  • +5 years of experience selling in the Media industry.

  • Strong sales leadership experience.

  • Strong communication skills and excellent presentation skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business.

  • Aptitude, creativity and preference for working in collaborative teams and across business units.

  • Proven ability to design and implement operations strategies that drive business results.

  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the research and/or media industry.

  • Management, planning, project prioritization skills.

  • Advanced English.

  • Spanish will be a valued skill.
