Join on the ground-floor of a fast-growing, newly founded boutique investment bank in Kansas City led by a seasoned founder. This role offers hands-on deal experience, revenue sharing, and an unlimited path for career growth.

Ground-floor impact: Join as employee #5 where you work directly with an accomplished, highly-networked founder with ~30 yrs of IB experience and have nearly unlimited meritocratic career progression.

Hands-on deal experience: Be on the front lines of deal execution and client interaction, not stuck behind a desk, gaining real exposure and building a book of business. This includes being a key member of pitches, client dinners, and travel

Revenue sharing w/ high upside: Each team member participates in all firm wins through revenue sharing. The pipeline is strong and suggests $5-6M of revenue in year one.

Investment Banking Experience: They need someone with 1-3 years in IB/PE or a related field who can hit the ground running, ideally with deal execution experience, because the firm moves fast and expects immediate impact without a long ramp-up.

Strong Personality & Client Engagement: Given the boutique nature and competitive landscape, the candidate must have a memorable, personable style to build relationships and stand out in client meetings and pitches.

Deal Execution: Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and craft pitch materials and client presentations to support all deal phases.

Client Interaction: Manage client relationships actively, participate in meetings and negotiations to maintain and accelerate deal momentum.

Industry Analysis: Perform in-depth research and market analysis in digital infrastructure and telecom sectors to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and risks impacting transactions.

Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Clayton Funk and Luke Fields to coordinate deal flow, exchange insights, and ensure smooth transaction execution in a dynamic boutique setting.
